General Provisions

  • Company Identity: Taste with Yelly is a lifestyle and hospitality company providing catering, event planning, personal styling, and equipment hire.

  • Service Standards: As a purveyor of luxury and excellence, we commit to professionalism, integrity, and transparency in all client interactions.

Booking, Deposits, and Payments

  • Securing Your Date: To confirm and secure your booking date for any service, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Dates are not held until this deposit is received.

  • Payment Methods: We accept Cash and Bank Transfer.

  • Consultation Fees: * Event Planning & Personal Styling: $100/hour (Online) or $150/hour (In-person).

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be settled in full according to the timeframe specified in your individual invoice.

Catering and Guest Counts

  • Final Guest Count: The final number of attendees must be confirmed at least 14 days prior to the event.

  • Invoice Adjustments: * Reductions: We cannot reduce the invoice amount or guest count after the 14-day deadline, as food supplies will have been ordered and resources allocated.

    • Increases: We are happy to accommodate increases in guest counts after the deadline, subject to an updated invoice and additional payment.

  • Menu Selection: We offer curated healthy menus or bespoke options. Final menus must be confirmed alongside the guest count.

Event Planning & Personal Styling

  • Scope: Our team provides seamless coordination to exceed expectations. While we navigate the stress of planning for you, client approval is required for all major milestones.

  • Styling Strategy: We craft personalized style strategies. While we focus on affordability and sophistication, the client is responsible for the final cost of any wardrobe items purchased.

Hospitality Equipment Hire

  • Liability: Clients assume full responsibility for all hired equipment. Any damage, loss, or breakage will result in additional charges for replacement or repair.

  • The 3-Day Rule: All prices include a standard 3-day hire period (Delivery Day, Event Day, Collection Day)

  • Refund Timeline: Security bonds are released within 3 business days of equipment return, pending a damage inspection. Please allow an additional 3–5 days for your financial institution to clear the funds

    Note: If damages are found or items are missing, the refund will not be issued.

Sobolo Deluxe

  • Securing Your Order: To confirm your order, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. Orders are not confirmed until this deposit is received. 

 Cancellations and Refunds

  • Non-Refundable Policy: As stated, the 50% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it covers administrative costs and the loss of potential bookings for that date.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will result in the forfeiture of the full invoice amount.

Limitation of Liability

  • Taste with Yelly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service provided.
